Admin Setup Guide

These article provides a step-by-step guide for integrating Ace AI with your Follow Up Boss account, ensuring a smooth setup process for team members. 

Key Steps 

1. Log In to Accounts 0:09

• Log in to your Ace Admin portal.

• Log in to your Follow Up Boss account. 

2. Access Setup Tab in Ace Admin Portal 0:16

• Navigate to the setup tab within the Ace AI Admin portal.

3. Connect API Key 0:25

• Go to Follow Up Boss and click on the Admin page.

• Navigate to the API section.

• Create an API key and copy the code.

• Paste the API key into the Ace AI portal.

4. Configure Team Branding 0:56

• In the Ace AI Admin portal, go to the Settings tab.

• Enter your team name, website, phone number, and markets you operate in. 

5. Update Assistant Settings 1:09

• In the assistant settings, update the writing style, tone, and any special instructions for the AI. 

6. Add User Seats 1:24

• Navigate to the user section in the Ace AI Admin portal.

• Add additional user seats as needed for Ace Standard or Ace Pro.

• Enable or disable users as necessary.

7. Configure Prompts 1:41

• Review the prompt library with about 80 optimized prompts.

• Select and add prompts to your active prompt list.

• Add any custom prompts or workflows at the bottom of the page.

8. Enable Ace AI Embedded App in Follow Up Boss 2:10

• Go back to Follow Up Boss admin section.

• Click on the integrations button.

• Scroll to embedded apps and click on Ace to ensure it is enabled.

9. Where to Find the Ace AI Embedded App 2:55

• The Ace AI embedded app will appear on all People pages and the Inbox in Follow Up Boss.

• Initially it will appear at the bottom of the right panel. Move the app top the top by clicking in the top left corner of the app and dragging it to the top for easier access.
