How to Set Up Remote MCP Server with Claude for Follow Up Boss

Requirements:

• Claude account (free or paid)

• Ace Pro

Steps:

1. Log in to Follow Up Boss:

• Navigate to the Ace Embedded App either from your Inbox or Person View.

2. Open Ace Settings:

• Click the gear icon to access Ace Settings.

3. MCP Server Configuration:

• Scroll down to the MCP Server section.

• Enter your Follow Up Boss API Key.

• Click Save.

4. Copy Remote MCP Server Link:

• Scroll down and copy the provided Remote MCP Server Link.

5. Navigate to Claude Integration Page:

• Visit https://claude.ai/ and click the Search and Tools icon.

• Select Add Integrations, or directly go to https://claude.ai/settings/integrations.

6. Add the Integration in Claude:

• On the Integrations page, click Add Integration.

• Enter the integration name as Ace.

• Paste the Remote MCP Server Link you copied earlier.

• Click Add.

7. Start Using Claude with Ace:

• Return to https://claude.ai/ and prompt Claude to interact with your CRM or Ace.

• Claude now has access to nearly 100 full tools via the Ace integration.
